While you can use the Google Nest display to set the alarm, you can set a specific song as an alarm on Google Home with just one voice command. However, you can only change the general default alarm with the Google Nest display. To use the alarm clock features on Google Home, you’ll need to first set up your device and then create an alarm. To set up your device, open the Google Home app and tap the Devices icon.

Method 1: With Voice
The alarm from Google Home devices will continue to sound for 10 minutes if it’s not stopped or snoozed. Even though you can check and cancel Google Home alarms from your phone, you cannot create an alarm from either phone or computer. But, you can set a reminder from both phone and PC, and Google Home will remind you about that. You cannot directly change the alarm tone on your Google Home, Mini, or Nest. But you can set a music or character alarm tone, as shown in the next section.
You can set fun alarms from some of your favourite characters for an entertaining and easy way to get your day started. Even though there’s no official Google nanny feature or skill, the AI works great as one. Go ahead, ask your smart speaker to sing your kids a lullaby, or tell them a story. How to Set Spotify Music as an Alarm on a Google Home
Alarm will sound for ten minutes if not turned off. To stop an alarm, you don’t need to say "Hey Google," just say "Stop." Swipe up from the bottom of your screen, and tap Alarms. Alarm will sound for 10 minutes if not turned off.
To change the alarm sound on Google Home, first, open the Google Home app on your mobile device.
